An AWS SSL auto-renewal procedure failed to run properly obtain a new SSL certificate, this resulted in services like the API, or the webadmin to show an insecure warning when users attempted to access Print Tracker. While this warning indicated that the identity of our servers could not be verified, any and all network traffic was still secured using TLS. All data collection agent communication was unaffected.
