Scheduled - We are pleased to announce a major update to our Remote Technician functionality, introducing support for the Konica Minolta Remote Panel. This enhancement is a step forward in our commitment to innovation and expanding our services.

Important aspects of this update include:
- Changes to both our servers and data collection agents.
- This update is not backwards compatible. Agents older than version 2.63.0 will be unable to use the Remote Technician functionality.
- Data collection agents will automatically upgrade to version 2.63.0 within 24-48 hours.

If your data collection agent does not automatically upgrade, please check if it is running on an operating system that is no longer supported or has reached end-of-life.
